Quick Update!

Mood: Excited!!!

So Summer is off to an amazing start already. I'm loving every second of it.

But I'll get into that more another time. Eva Casey is leaving today, and for those of you who don't know, I'm going back down to Georgia with my second family tomorrow morning really really early.

I'll be back Sunday, July 2, via airplane.

Boyfriend will pick me up. And then I can get more into this. Rookie Basics are over, and I absolutely cannot wait for this season!!!

Summer Sun, Something's Begun

Mood: *anticipation & hope*

So it's finally summer! As most of you know. So school ended. In case I didn't say, most of the drAma has calmed down. Which is good. Very good. Very very good.

The Last Day of School was National Stephon Day (the Monday before it was National Liam Day) so we had to wear red. There was much yearbook signing.
Bio- Cookie/dessert day. Muchos fun. I <3 Haines.

Math Anal- Got quizzes back, did a worksheet, and worked on this summer's AP Calc assignment.
Dance- Nothing really. Continued to work on that AP Calc 'cause I'm weird and I like math.

English- Mmm, yea. I didn't go.

Instead Speckie & I went to 5th lunch and sat with Stephon, BrianC, and Paul. Then we stayed in the Music Wing bathroom with Erin until 7th
Lunch- when Stephon, BrianC, and Paul joined us.

We all sang La Vie Boheme and Speckie taped some of it. I love my friends.

Concert Choir- Talked to people.
US History- Nothing important enough to remember?
Studyhall- Last one of the year with Speckie.

If we don't have one next year (which would make it four years in a row) I'll be very upset, to say the least.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week were auditions for the Fall Play, which has turned out to be The Man Who Came to Dinner. I thought I did okay the first day. I didn't read the second day. And the third day ("callbacks") I didn't get called back for any role I wanted...

But then Saturday I found out I got the part I wanted ("Lorraine") so I was muchos happy.

Thursday was also the Marching Band Kick-Off Meeting!

I'm SO excited!!! There are no words to express how much I love Marching Band/Colorguard. The word love is not enough.

Friday night was the Annual Music & Dance Banquet. I won Best Actress in a Drama.

Dave won Best Actor in a Drama. Sarabeth and Brian won a lot of stuff, they probably each needed a box.

Kudos to the seniors!

So Saturday I went to the drive-in with Boyfriend and saw Cars. Not awful... not Madagascar or Finding Nemo funny... but not horrendous.

Sunday I was supposed to go see Brian's show, but that fell thru.

Monday Speckie came over & we hung out, and had a pretty good time... until we went to the mall. So she went home after that.

Tuesday I hung out with Boyfriend.

And today I've been productive! And I talked to Katie.

She'll be here in less than TWO DAYS!!! And... *hopefully* I'll be going down there again for around a week and a half. *crosses fingers* I'm pretty excited for this summer. Big plans. Mmhmm.

Happy National Erin Day! :-)

Yup, so today is National Erin Day, which means poofy hair.

Ball was fun.

I love my boyfriend. Kinda a lot of drAma. Shocking, I know.

This has been the slowest week in history. Seriously. So slow. So bad. Speckie & I figure that it's because I ran out of Lucky Charms cereal.

So Tuesday was, of course, National Seafood Tuesday! Stephon took me out for fish, and it was the second time he'd ever had seafood in his life. How sick is that??? So we ate it at Burnet Park, then we went to Solvay Park (

) to play a little. But that was shortlived. We mostly just made wishes on all the used-to-be-dandelions.

Wednesday was National Katie Knowlton Day. I also had a rehearsal for the Carmina Burana concert. After the cold readings workshop with Sharee & Katie Lemos after school, Stephon got me a box of Chocolate Lucky Charms, as Speckie ordered. Wednesday felt like a Friday.

Thursday was the Carmina Burana concert. But that was after the first Memorial Parade Guard practice!!!

I could only stay till a little after 7, but it was so worth it. I realize I've been spinning since Winter Guard ended anyway, but it was still so much better to be with the rifle line & the flag line & all the middle schoolers.

I loved it. Stephon took me to Guard, to the concert, and home, 'cause he's amazing, and quite useful.

Thursday felt like a Wednesday.

Today, Friday, felt like a Thursday. It was so long.
Bio1- The room smelled. So we went to Mr. G's room for the second day in a row. Studyhall. Speckie & I did the Bio homework that was due. A lot of people were gone 'cause of the Honors Breakfast. (I was just on Honor Roll for one marking period instead of High Honor Roll, so I was not in attendance.) I <3 Haines.
Bio2- Everyone came back. We went over the homework, and I did my math homework that was due. Haines got in a bad mood for most of the class.

Math Anal- Took notes on a really long formula that looks super complex, and sort of is I guess, but I like math. I guess.
Dance- Danced. Went over just the piece for Kaleidoscope. Brackett said she would take some people out of the Kaleidoscope performance if they couldn't do the dance well enough. Some people... nvm. At the end she went over the words for the K'Scope finale for those who don't know it (a.k.a. the whole class except for me & Allison, who wasn't there anyway).
English- Worked on Final in the computer lab. Relatively uneventful.
Lunch- Liam threw an "empty" chocolate milk carton at me. It wasn't totally empty.

I <3 Lauren & Speckie. "But enough about penguins, let's talk about us. We're amaaaaazing. Don't you agree? You don't have to answer that, it's rhetorical."
Concert Choir- Carmina's over, but we still had to sing.

"Nice Work If You Can Get It" and "Simple Gifts" (K'Scope finale). In sections.
US- So Mr. Dance is boring...

S/H- Went to Speckie's studyhall. Got a permanent pass there since passes are over as of Monday. I <3 Speckie. A lot.

Hopefully calling Katie today, 'cause she's my best friend and I love her a lot.

Today I was supposed to go putt putt golfing with Stephon, but the weather isn't nice. It's rather chilly. So I think I'm going to make him watch Harry Potter, only actually finish it.

It should be great fun.

Tomorrow is the SALTY Awards (Syracuse Area Live Theatre Youth Awards). I get to go.

First of all, I would like to say that my boyfriend is perfect and I love him (bet you never thought you'd get that from me!).

On Friday he gave me a 14kt white gold locket with a real diamond and our picture inside. Yes, he's perfect, it's true.

Second of all, My Best Friend, Katie D. McCarthy, will be here in 37 days!!!

Both APs are over. SATs are over. Pretty much I'm not doing anything for the rest of the year.

Mood: I Love My Life

Hmm, so, I haven't updated for a little while I guess. So... let's get on with that, shall we?

Hobo Hell Heaven... it happened, it's over, end of story.

Pictures was so much fun.
Dinner was great.
Starbucks was sooo gooood. I'm addicted to Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccinos.

And Prom itself... I am so in love with my life right now. I have an amazing boyfriend and the most amazing friends... I really do. Everything is just great.

I really wish Katie could have gone with me, but clearly that didn't happen. I miss her a lot, but she'll be here in almost 48 days!

I saw my friend Chrissy, whom I hadn't seen in years. She and I need to hang out, it'll be wicked fun.

We all went to Dave's for the afterparty. Watched a couple Disney movies... I fell asleep, woke up around 5, went back to sleep, woke up around 10, went to Dunkin' Donuts. Watched a couple more Disney movies, fell asleep during the second one, and woke up around 3.
After that I went back to Stephon's. I heart him a lot, have I mentioned that?

This school week has been super long. Tuesday was the Winter Guard Banquet. I won Best Overall Performer, second year in a row.

Another pretty placque (sp?) on my wall. So that was fun, lotsa good food.

I found out yesterday that my oh so amazing and wonderful boyfriend will not be leaving on June 20th! He'll be leaving in September, coming back in December, which means he'll be here for the whole summer! Which means all of Katie, my birthday, and just everything!!!

I'm so excited! Summer is going to be amazing. He's planning some huge surprise for me, along with the help of Speckie (remember the part where I said I had amazing friends & an amazing boyfriend? Yea that.) I love my life.

So yea, it's almost Friday, which means the week's almost over, and the English AP is Monday... I'm so over school.

Hands to Fuel Desire

Ok, so quick update. Yesterday my amazing boyfriend took me to the zoo, and bought me a cute lil stuffed penguin (Keegan).

Then... his car wouldn't start...

I had to steer it backing up, once Brian (Costello) got there with jumper cables.

I survived. The car started. Very exciting. So we went back to his apartment for a bit, then to his Grandpa's, then to my house so I could change in order to be extremely late for Nick's birthday party.

Fun party. Techno rave. Verry good cake.

I beat Stephon at pool twice and Brian once. Yea, I pretty much rock at pool, just like I rocked at bowling last weekend.

Stephon took me to Dunkin' Donuts at like 12:30 am, 'cause he adores me.

Yup. That was pretty much yesterday. Stephon's coming over soon to hang out, and later we're dying Easter eggs.

You're jealous. What he doesn't know is that I'm going to make him watch Harry Potter, since he's never seen it and hardly knows anything about it. ("What's a dumbledore?")

Yup, so, updating again merely for the use of icons. Um, last timeI updated was... Idk a long time ago. So we've had 3 Winter Guard competitions so far; 5th, 2nd, and 3rd. Seriously motivated to work my ass off even more to do better. School is school. Only a 4 day week ahead, after a 4 day week, then a 3 day week, & a 5 day weekend.

I think I'll survive. But ick the dreaded V-Day is almost upon us. *insert mass uncontrollable vomitting here*

Ew. Seriously. I went to the mall with Speckie today.

I got a new bra & new underwear. Cute of course, must-haves.

No socks tho, I restrained myself. I watched the entire show of RENT online the other day with Dave, OBC!!!

Effing amazing. We found another bootleg too, which I watched today... every single person was horrible and annoying and just bad all around... Roger was... okayyyyy... Yea it was bad. Not Broadway level. I'm really cold. Math Analysis midterm was Friday... I think I did... ok. I think I passed the Bio test we had Wednesday too!

No school tomorrow, so sleeping in & being lazy.

It's Gonna Be A Happy New Year!

So 2005 is finally overrrrr. So this is my first update of 2006! Yea, but it's still purely for icon usage. 'Cause I'm o so cool like that.

So Jenn's birthday party was Friday night. That was a good time.

Watched like the first hour or so of The 40 Year Old Virgin. That was... interesting.

Got home after 11pm, and slept. Woke up around 10:30am (?) on Saturday, showered & such, Sam got ready, & off to a shopping spree.

Got lotsa stuff:

~ a wicked cute little hoodie jacket thing

Yup, yup, good day of shopping. Home for a little while, changed into my half corset shirt, off to Dave's late, around 6 or a little before. Almost everyone was already there, including Katie, who I hadn't seen or talked to in like 3 days.

Stupid skankho. Went to Wegman's with her & Geoff & Tyler & Speckie & Chadwick to visit Tim & buy stuff... with Tim's money.

I got pudding. That was some good pudding.

Everyone decided to play Hide & Seek when we got back. We "counted" by singing songs from RENT. Dave's old man neighbor was glaring at us out of his window. Then they left. "We made them move!"

Back inside, hung out, Katie & Company left to go to Ryan's. Rob & Steve showed up at some point. I heart that kid.

We listened to RENT of course (including karaoke), watched Speckie's amazing 2005 video (I guess some stuff did happen in 2005...), said what we liked about 2005 & what we didn't like, and then Katie Knowlton did her winner for QOTY. Yours truly.

For my mafia theory about the kid whose locker is next to mine. Maybe that was after midnite tho... I don't remember. There was a dance rave in there somewhere, "Do the Hella' Keller!"

At one point, either before or after midnite... after I'm pretty sure, some of us went into the other room, Emi & Eren left.

Back to the other room. Eventually watched all of The 40 Year Old Virgin. ...Messed up movie. Seriously. Around 5am, we decided to go to Wegman's, yea it was closed. So we went to Dunkin' Donuts, which had a sign that said open 24/7, yea it was closed too.

Walked back to Dave's. Hung out, till around 7 when me, Parsnips, & Bonbon decided to go again. Got donuts & coffee from Dunkin' Donuts, & checked to see if they had Chinese food yet @ Wegman's... they didn't.

So I'm still craving Chinese food. Got Dave a donut even tho he was asleep, & got Eva a coffee even tho she was asleep. Dave ate his donut around 1 or 1:30pm Sunday. Eva never got her coffee, 'cause she left before anyone else was awake, so she didn't know it existed.( I took the liberty of drinking it.) Fell asleep around 8 after listening to some funny stuff on Bonbon's ipod. Woke up around 11am or so, demon children, but they didn't touch my chocolate surprisingly, which was sitting open in shiny tinfoil.

(Crap, I definitely left the remnants of that @ Dave's I think...) Went upstairs & talked to Danielle while Dave slept, maybe. He woke up at 12:16pm & told us we talked too much for the past like 15 minutes (or like hour, ya know

). Talked to those 2. Parsnips came up. Katie Knowlton had left. Bonbon & Speckie still slept. They came up... eventually, after I straddled Evonne.

I called my Dad around... 3? I really don't know. Came home, watched like an hour or so of The Phantom of the Opera, & fell asleep till around 8pm or so.

Came home, being lazy. Trying to find a ride to & from Guard for tomorrow.

2006 has gotten off to a kick-ass start. The best New Year's Eve Party so far I think.

So, bored, updating again to use icons.

So I've been hanging out with Katie obviously. Pretty good break so far.

So I sent her a message on MySpace. And I think it's all really gone now. I think it's really over this time. O Gawd I hope so. I think it is.

I watched the RENT movie today, & my DVD player didn't shut off once!

It was amazing, honetsly.

So last night I went over to Rizzo's for a little bit to hang out with him & Geoff & Tim & Emi & Katie. It was actually pretty fun. When I got home around 10:30pm, my mom & Dan still weren't back from "going out to lunch" at like 3pm. ...Ok. W/e. So I was home alone for a little while, & paranoid, of course, 'cause I'm me.

Yup. I found a lot of uber cool RENT pictures online today.

Today was not the most exciting day.
